About the Children’s Library

The 2,972 Benton County children with library cards checked out 15,204 books and other materials last year. We held 160 programs for children and 1 for teens, with 3,405 people in attendance. 345 readers participated in our Summer Reading Program in 2014.

Children’s Events

Lego Story Time!

We will have a Dr. Seuss Lego Story Time on Saturday, February 28, at 10;:30 am.  Join us for this fun STEM activity!  All Lego Story Time programs will be held in the basement children’s area of the Main Library.  All ages welcome!

Teen/Tween Book Club

Teens and tweens, 6th – 12th grade, join us for our monthly book club discussion group.  We will be discussing Sold by Patricia McCormick and having light refreshments on Wednesday, February 25th at 3:00 pm. Call 584-4772 for more information.
